Job summary

ConFlip is seeking an Industrial Engineer - Process Improvement Specialist in Abu Dhabi on a contract basis with a monthly salary of 1,400 USD. The role focuses on analyzing current production processes, identifying inefficiencies, and delivering Lean Six Sigma enabled improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering (or related field), 3+ years of proven experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and with cross-functional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in process improvement in an industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles, Lean Six Sigma, and statistical analysis.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven track record of implementing process improvements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Conduct time studies and analyze production data to identify process inefficiencies.
Design new processes or modify existing ones to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvement projects.
Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and improve quality.
Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Train production staff on new processes and procedures.
Monitor performance metrics to evaluate the success of process improvements.
