Job summary

Edge is seeking a Process Engineer for Pulse Nova to lead the design and optimization of industrial processes and production lines within the UAE. You will shape factory layouts, workflows, and material flows to enable scalable manufacturing and logistics capabilities.

You will drive transfer of Indra's standards and best practices across Pulse Nova, lead simulations and capacity analyses for planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, scalable industrial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, industrialisation or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in manufacturing process design, production line optimisation and industrial facility/layout design.
• Strong knowledge of Indra's manufacturing processes and ToP framework is preferred.
