Job summary

EDGE in the United Arab Emirates seeks a seasoned Process Engineer to lead the design and optimization of industrial processes, production lines, and facility layouts within the Pulse Nova ecosystem.

You will drive simulations and capacity analyses, transfer Indra's knowledge, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, manufacturing-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in process engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in process design, line optimization, and facility layout.
• Knowledge of Indra's processes and ToP framework is preferred.

Responsibilities

Process Engineer - Pulse Nova

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and optimization of industrial processes, manufacturing systems and production lines to ensure efficiency, scalability and manufacturing readiness.
• Design and optimize factory layouts, workflows and material flows to support efficient production and logistics.
• Drive the transfer and implementation of Indra's industrial knowledge, standards and best practices across the PULSE NOVA operations ecosystem.
• Lead process simulations and capacity analysis to support production planning and facility design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective and scalable industrial solutions.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, industrialization or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in manufacturing process design, production line optimization and industrial facility/layout design.
• Strong knowledge of Indra's manufacturing processes and ToP framework is preferred.
