Job Summary:
ThePRO & HR Adminis responsible for managing all government and public relations activities related to mainland operations, ensuring full compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws. The role also supports HR and administrative functions to ensure efficient internal processes and smooth coordination between employees, management, and government entities.
In thelogistics and courier industry, this position is critical to maintaining legal compliance, timely visa processing, and effective workforce management for mainland-based employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Public Relations (PRO) Duties
- Handle allmainland government documentation, renewals, and formalities, including employment visas, residence permits, Emirates IDs, labor cards, and company licenses.
- Manage all visa processing, renewals, and cancellations for mainland employees throughMOHRE,GDRFA,Tasheel, andEmirates ID Authority.
- Liaise with UAE government authorities such as theMinistry of Labour (MOHRE),General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA),Dubai Municipality, and theChamber of Commerce.
- Prepare and submit all applications for new work permits, residence visas, and other related government services.
- Maintain accurate records of all company legal documents, government transactions, and renewals.
- Represent the company in all official dealings with government bodies and build strong relationships with key officials to facilitate smooth processing.
- Stay updated on UAE labor, immigration, and company compliance regulations.
3. Administrative Duties
- Oversee general office administration, including facility management, housekeeping, and asset tracking.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Ensure adherence to company administrative policies and support daily office operations.
Skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a PRO and/or HR Administrator within the UAE, preferably in thelogistics or courier industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE mainland visa, labor, and company licensing procedures.
- Experience using UAE government portals such asMOHRE, GDRFA, Tasheel, Emirates ID Authority, andChamber of Commerce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
