RTC1 Recruitment Services is representing an Abu Dhabi-based client seeking a PRO to manage government transactions and work permit processes in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on licensing, labour approvals, and government compliance for a dynamic advertising and branding firm.

Candidate will handle end-to-end visa applications, Emirates ID, medical fitness appointments, residency renewals, cancellations, and maintain relationships with government offices and service providers to ensure timely

Formación

• Preferably 3+ years of PRO experience.
• Strong knowledge of MOHRE, ICP, TAMM and government portals.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel to AUH government offices.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple transactions under deadlines.

About the Client:

An Abu Dhabi-based advertising and branding company.

Job Description:

• Manage all government-related transactions from licensing, amendments, labour approvals and other requirements in Abu Dhabi authorities.
• Handle end-to-end employee visa applications, work permits, Emirates ID, medical fitness appointments, residency renewals, cancellations and compliance.
• Coordinate commercial license renewals and other permits.
• Maintain strong working relationships with government departments, typing centers and service providers.

Qualifications:

• Preferably with minimum 3 years of experience as a PRO.
• Strong working knowledge of MOHRE, ICP, TAMM, and relevant government portals, including company licensing, labour and immigration procedures.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel independently to government offices and other locations throughout AUH.
• Strong organizational skills, and proven ability to handle multiple government transactions under strict deadlines.
