Job summary

Asico Real Estate Llc. is seeking an experienced Arab National House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private residence for an Emirati family in Dubai.

The role requires managing domestic staff, coordinating maintenance, ensuring privacy, cleanliness, and exemplary hospitality while upholding confidentiality. Candidates should have at least 5 years in similar roles, a Hospitality/Business background, strong leadership, English proficiency (Arabic is a plus), and a valid UAE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as House Manager, Estate Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role.
• Experience with VIP families, UHNW individuals, royal households, or private family offices is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing multiple household staff and external vendors.
• English proficiency; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residence for efficient running.
• Recruit, supervise, train, and evaluate household staff.
• Develop staff schedules and monitor performance.
• Maintain highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and functionality.
• Coordinate maintenance with contractors and service providers.
• Manage inventories, procurement, and budgets.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for quality and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate family events and travel-related preparations.
• Ensure policies, security procedures, and privacy protocols are followed.
• Maintain confidential records related to household operations.
