Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and analytical Investment Associate to join the private equity investment team. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating new investment opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting portfolio management initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation analysis, and investment due diligence across potential opportunities.
• Prepare and present investment committee materials, including transaction memos, market research, and strategic assessments.
• Support the execution of deal processes including due diligence coordination, structuring, documentation, and closing activities.
• Engage with portfolio company management teams to drive strategic initiatives, monitor performance, and identify growth or efficiency opportunities.
• Conduct market mapping and sector analysis to identify investment themes and pipeline opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with senior investment professionals on deal sourcing, execution, and value creation planning.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred).
• 3-6 years of experience in private equity is essential. Investment banking will not be considered for this role specifically.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with a deep understanding of transaction execution.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to operate within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team-driven environment.
• Familiarity with GCC markets and prior regional investment experience is advantageous.
