You will work with high-quality leads, leverage top-tier AI tools, and benefit from a flat structure with direct mentorship in a modern Tecom office. Dubai experience is a strong plus.

• Have proven experience in real estate (Dubai experience is a major advantage) and a solid understanding of what it takes to close deals


• Have a polished, client-facing presence with the ability to build trust quickly and handle high-value conversations
