Citi Private Bank in Dubai seeks a Private Banker to serve UHNW clients in the Middle East, building relationships and delivering tailored investment and financing solutions.

You will work with cross-border partners, manage risk, and help clients grow their wealth while maintaining strict regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Build Client Relationships - understand clients' businesses and wealth sources; act as trusted advisor to UHNW clients in the Middle East.
• Develop Client Solutions - tailor investment, risk management, and financing/l liquidity solutions.
• Execute and Drive Results - set goals, monitor progress, and adjust to achieve objectives.
• Teamwork - assist team members to gain experience and credibility with clients and intermediaries.
• Build & Acquire Relationships with Business Partners, Colleagues, and Staff - coordinate with Private Bank support functions to resolve issues.
• Promote Integrity and Trust - understand and communicate investment risk.

The Private Banker's role is to develop and deliver private and investment banking services to Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients within the Middle East market. UHNW is defined as clients with USD 25+ million Net Worth or USD 10+ million AUM or USD 100,000+ Client Net Revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Build Client Relationships - Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of clients' businesses and sources of wealth generation as well as serve as a trusted advisor to the Private Banks clients.
• Develop Client Solutions - Develop tailored solutions that address clients' unique investment, risk management, and financing/liquidity needs.
• Execute and Drive Results - Set challenging goals, regularly monitoring progress and making adjustments to achieve objectives.
• Teamwork - Help team members to acquire the experience necessary to establish credibility with clients and intermediaries.
• Build & Acquire Relationships with Business Partners, Colleagues and Staff - Develop strong relationships and partners with support functions across the Private Bank to maintain control, find solutions and resolve issues.
• Promote Integrity and Trust - Understand and communicate the risk involved with various investment strategies.

Knowledge/Experience:

• Proven experience in UHNW Private Banking or the institutional/corporate banking market, specifically covering the Middle East market
• Demonstrated track record in relationship acquisition.
• Proven success in building a new business, prospecting for new clients and business, identifying new business opportunities and closing transactions.
• Extensive experience in selling new products, based on client needs.
• Experience in working on teams and influencing diverse resources and stakeholders.

Skills:

• Fluent English (written and spoken), and Arabic language skills also be advantageous.
