Job summary

Napco National is seeking an artwork specialist in Dubai to handle the full artwork creation process from customer inputs through to final approvals. You will use Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW and Box Pro to translate requirements into print-ready designs and manage customer folders for each project.

The role involves analyzing printing requirements, ensuring color accuracy, preparing proofs for approval, and coordinating with Sales/Marketing for customer feedback and revisions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to create artwork from customer inputs.
• Strong eye for color, layout, and typography.
• Able to translate requirements into print-ready files with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive artwork inputs from Sales/Marketing.
• Study requirements from customers.
• Create artwork using Illustrator/Photoshop/CorelDRAW per guidelines.
• Maintain customer folders with original and modified files.
• Analyze printing requirements: pattern, color separation, trapping, color correction.
• Create designs per customer requirements and obtain approvals.
• Email final artwork to Sales/Marketing for approval.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing and customers for revisions.
