Qualifications

• Minimum 11 years of experience with a Master's degree.

• Proven budgeting and financial planning experience.
• Strong skills in marketing campaign planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of event strategies and engagement frameworks to support RTA objectives and corporate reputation.
• Provide specialized consultancy for major events, international exhibitions, and leadership participation.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and operating models for event management.
• Plan and oversee high-level RTA events including exhibitions, celebrations, project launches, and official delegations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, government entities, international organizations, and strategic partners.
• Supervise event concept development, exhibition designs, hospitality programs, and visitor experiences.
