Job summary

DICETEK LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced regulatory risk professional to join our team on a contract basis. You will lead end-to-end CBUAE BRF reporting, data extraction, and risk data validation for regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in credit, market risk and regulatory reporting, with Moody’s Risk Foundation experience, SQL/PL-SQL skills, and familiarity with cloud deployments on AWS/Azure. This role requires working from our Abu Dhabi office.

Qualifications

• Experience with CBUAE BRF regulatory reporting and data requirements.
• Hands-on Moody’s Risk Foundation configuration and debugging.
• Strong SQL/PL-SQL, ETL/batch integration, data mapping and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of CBUAE BRF and other regulatory/risk reporting requirements.
• Create functional/technical specs and source-to-target data mappings.
• Configure and implement Moody’s Risk Foundation to support reporting needs.
• Oversee data extraction, migration, reconciliation and validation of regulatory reports.
• Ensure successful SIT, QAT, UAT, DR, production deployment and post-go-live validation.

Required Skills *

• Experience in CBUAE BRF regulatory reporting, data extraction and regulatory data requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Credit Risk, Market Risk, LCR, NSFR, BASEL.
• Hands-on experience with Moody’s Risk Foundation (Risk Authority/RiskConfidence), including product/entity/workflow configuration and EEP debugging.
• Strong SQL/PL-SQL, ETL/batch integration, data mapping, migration and reconciliation skills.
• Good understanding of PD, LGD, customer exposure, external ratings, short term/long term and other regulatory risk data.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, technical specifications and source-to-target/data mapping and solutioning.
• Knowledge of Core Banking Systems, Change/Incident Management and AWS/Azure cloud deployments.
