ADASI seeks a Principal Navigation Engineer to design, develop, and validate flight control and navigation systems for UAVs and autonomous platforms in Abu Dhabi. You will create robust control solutions and sophisticated models, driving system-level verification and certification efforts.

The role requires strong expertise in MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++, and Python, with significant hands-on experience in aerospace controls and DO-178C/ARP4754 related standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Control Engineering, or Systems Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 5–7+ years of experience in flight control, guidance & control, or control systems engineering in aerospace.
• Experience developing control algorithms for UAVs, aircraft, or autonomous systems.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, C/C++, and/or Python.
• Familiarity with DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4754 is a plus.

• Experience with control system verification, validation, and testing (SIL/HIL and flight testing preferred).
• Familiarity with aerospace development standards such as DO-178C, DO-254, and ARP4754 is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced engineering environment with strong attention to detail.
• Relevant aerospace or control engineering certifications are desirable.
