The Arbor School is seeking an inspiring, knowledgeable, and reflective Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to guide students through the next stage of their academic and personal development. The successful candidate will create a supportive, engaging, and intellectually stimulating learning environment where students deepen their understanding, develop independence, and strengthen critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
The KS2 Teacher will plan and deliver high‑quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England, ensuring students make strong progress across subjects. They will cultivate positive learning behaviours, promote collaboration, and design learning experiences that empower students to take ownership of their learning. Strong communication with families, teamwork with colleagues, and a commitment to continual improvement are essential.
