GEMS Metropole School – Al Waha in Dubai seeks an outstanding Primary Inclusion Teacher to join from October 2026. The role focuses on supporting students with additional learning needs to access the curriculum and develop confidence, working with class teachers and families.

You will join a collaborative inclusion team in a leading British-curriculum school, offering a rich learning environment with exceptional facilities and a commitment to inclusive education and student achievement.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject with a recognised teaching qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for England and effective primary classroom practice.
• Experience supporting students with additional learning needs (SEN) or inclusion in a primary setting.
• Solid understanding of inclusive teaching strategies, differentiation and personalised learning.
• Commitment to outstanding teaching and raising student achievement.
• Ability to inspire and engage learners of all abilities.
