Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Operations
- Craft the company’s mid‑to‑long‑term development strategy and annual business plan; lead the planning and optimisation of catering, reception, external‑ecosency manpower, finance management and facility‑asset operation to secure profit and cost control.
- Systems & Quality
- Build standardised operation and service systems that guarantee service quality, client satisfaction and a distinctive competitive edge.
- Team & Growth
- Assemble a high‑performance leadership team; drive the precise roll‑out of the Amoeba management model; strengthen organisational capability to underpin sustainable growth.
- Ecosystem & Brand
- Expand and manage partnerships with external ecosystem players, integrate resources for synergistic value. Shape corporate brand image and boost market recognition through premium service and compliant operations.
Qualifications
- Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Management (including Supply‑Chain Management, Logistics & Transportation, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Human Resources, etc.) or Language‑related disciplines are preferred.
- Work Experience: At least five years of managerial experience in administration/facility‑support(logistics)or operational services within medium‑to‑large‑scale enterprises.
- Professional Competencies:
- a. Experienced in facility‑support system building, able to formulate and improve facility‑support regulations and workflows.
- b. Experienced in facility digitalization, able to drive digital transformation of facility management.
- c. Financial‑analysis skills to control public‑operation cost, allocate expenses and optimise cost.
- Additional Requirements: English proficiency sufficient for business communications; exceptional leadership and strategic‑planning abilities to develop and execute long‑term operational strategies; outstanding cross‑cultural communication and coordination skills.
