What You Will Do

Join the dynamic team at JCI as a Presales Engineer a pivotal role directly reporting to the Presales Manager. You will play a crucial part in driving growth for our Building Technology and Solutions division.

In this vibrant environment you'll collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop compelling technical and commercial proposals. Your expertise will guide the team in crafting optimized solutions making a significant impact on our business growth.

How You Will Do It

As a Presales Engineer you will

• Validate assumptions made during solution design and project scope ensuring alignment with operational capabilities.
• Conduct thorough technical risk analyses to safeguard the integrity of our proposed solutions.
• Participate in transition meetings with the Operations team ensuring all project parameters align with customer expectations, timelines and objectives.
• Engage in onsite data collection at customer facilities and support post‑contract design reviews.
• Utilize your strong customer‑relationship skills to foster and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers and vendors.

What We Look For

• Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in Physical Security systems including IP surveillance and access control systems.
• A results‑oriented, tenacious and self‑motivated individual with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in business analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills capable of adapting to various work styles and personalities.
• Fluency in English is essential.
