Job summary

Elite Merit Real Estate LLC is seeking an Office Cleaner to keep a premium headquarters pristine, client-ready and well-presented throughout the day. The role involves careful cleaning of high-value finishes and sensitive equipment, ensuring a spotless environment for employees, clients and visitors.

The successful candidate will maintain excellent standards, follow product guidelines, and work with Office Management in a fast-paced Downtown Dubai setting.

Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning experience.
• High standards of cleanliness and strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
• Able to follow specific cleaning instructions and product guidelines.
• Comfortable cleaning carefully around technology and expensive equipment.
• Physically able to carry out cleaning duties throughout the working day.
• Basic spoken English and the ability to understand workplace instructions.
• Professional and respectful when working around employees, clients and visitors.
• Previous experience in a premium office, hotel, luxury retail, hospitality or high-end residential environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness throughout the office during working hours.
• Clean desks, floors, glass, furniture, doors, high-touch surfaces and communal areas.
• Ensure meeting rooms are clean, organised and ready for use before client meetings.
• Clear cups, bottles, rubbish and other items promptly after meetings.
• Wipe tables and surfaces and return chairs and furniture to their standard position.
• Work with Reception and Office Management to maintain a consistently premium client environment.
• Clean glass, stone, marble, metal, wood and other specialist finishes only with approved products and methods.
• Clean carefully around screens, televisions, meeting-room technology and electronic equipment.
• Use cleaning chemicals, equipment and materials safely and in accordance with instructions.
• Use wet-floor signage and other safety measures where required.
• Report damage, leaks, broken fittings, equipment faults or hazards as soon as they are noticed.
• Respect employee workspaces, confidential documents and personal belongings while cleaning.
• Carry out cleaning discreetly and professionally when employees, clients or visitors are present.
