Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in accordance with standards for food and beverage quality.
• Demonstrate pride in all aspects of service.
• Understand and adhere to all Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures.
• Professionally set up the bar at the beginning of each shift.
• Accurately process drink orders and manage billing promptly.
• Prepare all cocktails according to standard beverage manual.
• Maintain security within the work area.
