Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Production Equipment Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of industrial production machinery. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose equipment failures and ensure safe and reliable operation of production equipment.

The role requires hands-on repair skills, ability to read technical drawings, and strict adherence to LOTO and EHS procedures within a manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining industrial production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and equipment failure causes.
• Follow safe maintenance procedures and LOTO/EHS rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of industrial production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and equipment failure causes.
• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance.
• Replace, adjust and repair mechanical assemblies.
• Maintain drives, pneumatic systems and auxiliary equipment.
• Support troubleshooting involving hydraulic, electrical and automation systems.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams and operating documentation.
• Use hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment safely.
• Support equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.
• Follow safe maintenance procedures.
• Comply with LOTO requirements and all applicable EHS procedures.
• Perform specialized activities only where appropriately qualified or authorized.
