Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase yield and quality.
• Monitor and analyze crop performance data to identify improvements.
• Guide farm staff on planting, irrigation, fertilization and harvesting techniques.
• Stay updated on new agricultural technologies and incorporate them into farming practices.
