Job summary

JobCenter in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Agricultural Specialist to oversee crop production on our farm. You will apply agronomy expertise to maximize yield and quality while reducing environmental impact, and supervise farm workers daily.

The ideal candidate has a degree in agronomy or related field and at least 5 years of crop production experience, plus strong leadership abilities. Knowledge of irrigation techniques and soil science is essential.

Agricultural Specialist

As an Agricultural Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of crop production on our farm in Abu Dhabi. You will use your expertise in agronomy to develop and implement strategies for maximizing crop yield and quality while minimizing environmental impact. This position requires a deep understanding of plant biology, soil science, and irrigation techniques. You will also supervise a team of farm workers and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in agronomy or related field, at least 5 years of experience in crop production, and strong leadership skills. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month, plus accommodation. Knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred but not required.
