• We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer for our Production Print Solutions division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and understanding finishing machines such as Intec Rowe and other industry-standard equipment.
• Provide technical advice to potential customers on post-printing finishing machines such as cutting binding and packaging machines.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions that meet those needs.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Guide customers in selecting the appropriate machines for their production needs.
• Provide initial technical support to customers after the sale.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications :

• A degree in mechanical engineering business administration marketing or a related field is an added advantage.

Additional Information :

Skills & Professional Requirements:

• Comprehensive technical knowledge of post-printing finishing machines like INTEC and other finishing machines.
