Overview

Architect the Next Generation of Culinary Destinations

Our client, a soon-to-open landmark hotel in Dubai, is searching for a Pre-Opening F&B Strategist to conceptualize and operationalize the entire food and beverage landscape. This is a rare opportunity for a creative strategist to build a world-class F&B portfolio from the ground up.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the conceptualization and development of all hotel F&B outlets, from high-volume all-day dining to signature specialty restaurants, lounges, and nightlife venues.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities within the competitive Dubai F&B scene.
  • Develop detailed business plans, financial projections (budgets, P&L, feasibility studies), and unique selling propositions for each concept.
  • Lead the recruitment of key culinary and service talent, including Executive Chefs and Outlet Managers.
  • Oversee menu engineering, kitchen and restaurant design in collaboration with architects, and supplier contract negotiations.
  • Create and implement the pre-opening budget, marketing strategy, and training programs for the entire F&B division.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive F&B leadership experience, with a proven track record in pre-opening roles for luxury hotels or renowned restaurant groups.
  • Exceptional financial and business acumen, with experience managing multi-outlet P&Ls and large pre-opening budgets.
