Requirements

Direct Patient Care: Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility, personal hygiene, and feeding.

Clinical Monitoring: Accurately measuring and recording vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate) and reporting any significant changes in patient condition immediately to the supervising Registered Nurse or Physician.

Clinical Support: Preparing patients, treatment rooms, and equipment for examinations, procedures, and treatments.

Documentation: Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential patient records and clinical documentation in accordance with DoH standards.

Safety & Infection Control: Strictly adhering to infection prevention and control practices and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.

Team Collaboration: Working professionally and ethically as part of a multidisciplinary team to implement the patient care plan.
