Job summary

Shiseido is offering a PR Internship in Dubai to support the Public Relations team in promoting skincare and fragrance brands across the Middle East.

The role provides hands-on experience in public relations, media relations, and brand communication within a dynamic, innovative environment. You will work on campaigns, seedings, reporting, events, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and social media teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns for skincare and fragrance brands.
• Manage all seedings for the brands including the creation of the dispatch list as well as the organization of the send outs.
• Maintain and update master media and influencer info and contact lists.
• Monitor media and influencer coverage and compile reports on brand visibility and sentiment using KPI metrics.
• Help manage relationships with media, influencers, and key opinion leaders in the beauty industry.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating PR events, product launches, and media briefings.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform PR strategies.
• Support the team in daily administrative tasks and project management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and social media, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

JOB PURPOSE

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
• Previous internship or experience in PR, marketing, or communications is an advantage but not required.
