Key Responsibilities
Client Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand clients business objectives and develop tailored PR strategies to meet their needs.
Strategy Development
  • Create and implement comprehensive PR campaigns aligned with client goals and target audiences.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify media opportunities, trends, and best practices.
Media Relations
  • Cultivate relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets to secure coverage for clients.
  • Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support on projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless campaign execution.
Performance Measurement
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns, providing clients with regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and client feedback to maximize impact.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, preferably within a marketing or PR agency.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and executing successful PR campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of media relations, including familiarity with journalists, influencers, and key publications.
