Job description
We are looking for a Specialized Technical Services professional with experience in Card & Payments systems. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with the PowerCARD platform, either in implementation or production support environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and development for Card & Payments applications.
- Work on PowerCARD system implementation, customization, or support activities.
- Troubleshoot application and transaction related issues.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver payment solutions.
- Ensure system stability, performance, and issue resolution within SLA timelines.
Required Skills
- Hands‑on experience with PowerCARD system.
- Strong understanding of Cards & Payments domain.
- Experience in implementation and/or support projects.
- Good development and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in onsite or offshore delivery models.
