JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Canvas Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Power BI, and SQL Server.

The role involves designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform to streamline business processes, automate workflows, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIs

• Design, develop, and implement Canvas Apps that streamline business processes, improve user experience, and enhance overall productivity.
• Build, deploy, and maintain Power Automate flows to automate repetitive tasks, enable seamless approvals, and ensure process efficiency across departments.
• Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL Server to establish secure, scalable, and reliable data-driven applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve functional and technical issues in Power Apps and Power Automate, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
• Optimize application performance by monitoring responsiveness, applying best practices, and ensuring high availability with minimal downtime.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of application architecture, security controls, integrations, and performance improvements to support ongoing governance.
• Ensure data security and compliance by managing roles, permissions, and secure data access in line with organizational policies.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Canvas apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Power BI and SQL Server
• RPA concepts and principles
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
