Job summary

Keolis.MHI is seeking a Power Distribution System interface leader to coordinate engineering and operations for metro power interfaces, ensuring electrical safety and reliability. You will guide SOPs, maintenance plans, and performance reviews while liaising with OCC and external stakeholders.

The role requires rail power systems experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus. Travel to substations and depots may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Power Engineering.
• Experience in rail or infrastructure power systems operations/maintenance.
• Proven ability to coordinate engineering and maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of metro systems, traction substations, and OCC.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Power Distribution System interface activities between Engineering and Operations to ensure compliance with contractual, electrical, and safety standards.
• Develop, review, and update SOPs, configuration plans, and maintenance interface work instructions for power systems.
• Oversee electrical inspection programs, performance monitoring, and system audits with relevant departments.
• Ensure timely resolution of PDS interface issues impacting power supply, reliability, or safety.
