Job summary

VPS Elite Human Resources Consultancies LLC is seeking an experienced BI professional in Dubai to lead enterprise reporting initiatives. You will drive dashboard development, implement dimensional models, and optimize performance across the Azure data stack.

The role requires strong SQL skills, BI governance experience, and the ability to mentor BI developers while engaging stakeholders and delivering analytics transformation within Agile contexts.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of experience in BI, analytics or enterprise reporting.
• 4–5+ years of hands-on Power BI experience.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), dashboard development, and performance optimisation.
• Strong understanding of star schema, snowflake schema, dimensional modelling, and semantic models.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and the Azure data ecosystem, including Azure Synapse, Data Lake, and Databricks.
• Experience in BI governance, project leadership, and mentoring BI developers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

MANDATORY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

7–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Enterprise Reporting.
