Job summary

Rivoli Group in Dubai is seeking a Power BI Developer to design clean, intuitive reports and dashboards that translate data into actionable insights for retail, finance, and operations. You will transform business requirements into compelling visuals, implement DAX measures, data modelling, and integrate with Microsoft Fabric and AI-enabled reporting as the platform evolves.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience with reports and dashboards.
Strong knowledge of DAX, time intelligence and CALCULATE semantics.
Experience with star-schema data modelling and data validation.
Familiarity with Power Query for data shaping and transformation.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements and translate into report and dashboard designs for retail, finance, and operations.
Design and develop Power BI reports with focus on layout, visual hierarchy, and data storytelling.
Create executive dashboards and mobile layouts using bookmarks, drill-through, and tooltips.
Develop paginated reports and maintain report themes across visuals.
Write and maintain DAX measures for KPIs and validate figures against source data.
Work with semantic models and write SQL queries for data exploration and validation.
