A leading development company in Dubai is seeking a transportation operations manager responsible for scheduling drivers, routing deliveries, and ensuring vehicle safety compliance. The ideal candidate will manage fleet activities, generate reports, and coordinate transportation resources effectively. This role requires keen attention to detail and the ability to fulfill operational requirements promptly.

Responsibilities

• Set up monitor and report all the activities related to transportation operations.
• Ensure to fulfill all activities required from the plant in terms of fleet management.
• Timely compilation of all reports and summaries within Fleet Management section.
• Generate and submit relevant reports accurately.
• Monitor attendance of drivers/operators daily.
• Coordinate with site transport team for PMV and Manpower allocation.
• Arrange accommodation for drivers and operators.
• Perform condition inspection of the fleet.
• Conduct regular visits to loading/offloading sites.
• Manage, plan, and forecast transport capacity and route planning.
