PMC Specialist Construction Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing all construction activities on behalf of the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for projects executed under Abu Dhabi National Oil Company. The role ensures that construction is executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with project specifications, ADNOC standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory obligations. The position acts as the key interface between the EPC contractor, client, and other stakeholders to drive successful project delivery in terms of schedule, cost, quality, and HSE performance.
