The successful candidates will provide field leadership and oversight for all civil construction activities, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedule requirements. The role requires extensive site-based construction experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing contractors and multidisciplinary construction teams on large-scale oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, or industrial projects.
