Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Specialist QA/QC Engineer in Abu Dhabi to lead QA/QC across the Gas CAP project, ensuring EPC/Procurement/Construction/Commissioning activities meet ADNOC and international standards. You will mentor PMC QA/QC staff, review ITPs, NCRs, and quality documentation, and drive continuous improvement in quality performance on complex offshore and onshore scopes.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related
• 15+ years in oil & gas QA/QC
• Experience in offshore projects and contractor management

Responsibilities

• Lead PMC QA/QC across the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve QA/QC plans, ITPs and documentation.
• Manage NCRs, deviations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes.
• Mentor PMC QA/QC personnel and drive quality improvements.
