The key objectives for this role are:
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate workplace hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ensure adherence to local, national, and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on safety protocols and best practices.
  • Analyze workplace accidents and near misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainability.
  • Establish and maintain emergency response plans to handle workplace incidents effectively.
  • Monitor and enhance HSE policies and procedures to align with industry standards and best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job purpose & Scope:
  • Lead HSES and be an HSES Champion in all the fabrication yards for the UZ1.2MMBD scope
  • Lead and Manage company site team(s) for completion of fabrication activities in accordance with project objectives, schedule, priorities, quality requirements and contract specifications
  • Serve as member of the UZ1.2MMBD Project Team (PT)
  • Responsible for managing the fabrication of all PAUs, PARs, PAMs and Building modules required for the UZ1.2MMBD scope
  • Ensure on-site contractual administration and specification compliance across all fabrication Yards
  • Oversee the planning and execution of the fabrication, mechanical completion and commissioning activities (partial) in the UZ1.2MMBD Contractor Fabrication Yards
  • Serve as ADNOC Offshore's single-point contact for Contractor fabrication management
  • Manage interfaces/interactions with contractors and other project functional groups (e.g., engineering, procurement, systems completion, on island construction / installation, drilling, and production operations) regarding relationships and construction issues
  • Report progress, performance, initiatives, and issues to Project Manager

Minimum Requirements
  1. B.Sc. (Eng) or equivalent

  4. Good HSE awareness and commitment..
  5. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Good technical team and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to make independent decisions in the planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems
