Job summary

Freesia Electro Mechanical Works LLC – AZIZI Developments is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Engineer to lead plumbing system delivery on the Burj Azizi Tower Project in Dubai.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and 8+ years in plumbing and public health engineering, with proven high-rise tower experience (50+ floors) and strong MEP coordination, shop drawings, and site execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• 8+ years of plumbing/public health experience with high-rise project exposure.
• Proven capability in MEP coordination, shop drawings, submittals and site execution.
• Knowledge of water supply, drainage, stormwater and plumbing systems is essential.
• Familiarity with authority requirements and relevant standards is a must.
• Experience with vendor evaluation and material procurement processes is preferred (MV 11kV a plus).
• Experience with INAXUS and ACONEX software is advantageous.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.

8+ years of experience in plumbing and public health engineering, including substantial Experience.

Mandatory experience in high-rise tower projects of 50+ floors.

Strong knowledge of water supply, drainage, stormwater, and plumbing systems.

Experience in MEP coordination, shop drawings, material submittals, site execution, inspections, testing, and commissioning.

Knowledge of applicable authority requirements and relevant standards.

Knowledge about the material purchase procedure, vendor technical evaluation and about MV 11kv work is an added advantage.

Knowledge about Inaxus & aconex software.
