Job summary

Healthy Life Core Facilities Management in Dubai is seeking a skilled plumber to lay, inspect, and repair domestic sanitary fixtures, water supply lines, and drainage. You will install and maintain heavy-duty industrial piping for process water, air, and effluent systems, and inspect pipelines for leaks using diagnostic tools.

A trade certificate or vocational training in Plumbing / Pipefitting and 3+ years of dual domestic and industrial experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Lay, inspect, and repair domestic sanitary fixtures, hot/cold water supply lines, drainage networks, and water heaters.
• Install and maintain heavy-duty industrial piping networks for process water, compressed air, and effluent systems.
• Inspect pipelines for leaks, blockages, or pressure drops using diagnostic tools; clear blockages and replace corroded sections.
• Maintain booster pumps, pressure-reducing valves, backflow preventers, and storage tanks.

• Lay, inspect, and repair domestic sanitary fixtures, hot/cold water supply lines, drainage networks, and water heaters.
• Install and maintain heavy-duty industrial piping networks (PVC, copper, steel, PEX) for process water, compressed air, and effluent systems.
• Inspect pipelines for leaks, blockages, or pressure drops using diagnostic tools; clear blockages and replace corroded sections.
• Maintain booster pumps, pressure-reducing valves, backflow preventers, and storage tanks.

• Trade certificate or vocational training in Plumbing / Pipefitting.
• 3+ years of dual experience in domestic plumbing and industrial plant piping.
• Proven ability to solder, thread, weld/fuse pipes, and read hydraulic blueprints.
