Job summary

CBRE Excellerate is seeking a Plumber to execute commercial plumbing maintenance and minor projects across our managed facilities in the UAE. The role covers preventive and reactive maintenance, installation, repair, and troubleshooting of water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.

The ideal candidate holds an ITI/Trade Certificate in Plumbing, with at least 3 years UAE experience in commercial settings. Facilities Management experience is preferred and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• ITI/Trade Certificate in Plumbing or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years UAE experience in commercial plumbing projects and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in water supply, drainage, sanitary systems and plumbing fixtures.
• Facilities Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute commercial plumbing maintenance and minor project works across CBRE Excellerate managed facilities.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance, installation, repair and troubleshooting of plumbing systems.
• Ensure quality workmanship, HSE compliance and timely work-order closure.

About the position

The main purpose of this role is to execute commercial plumbing maintenance and minor project works across CBRE Excellerate managed facilities. The Plumber performs preventive and reactive maintenance, installation, repair and troubleshooting of water supply, drainage, sanitary fixtures, pumps and associated plumbing systems while ensuring quality workmanship, HSE compliance and timely work-order closure.

Decision Making Authority

This Position Has The Authority To

• Carry out assigned plumbing maintenance and minor installation works.
• Isolate water services and stop work where unsafe conditions or significant leaks are identified.
• Diagnose plumbing faults and recommend corrective actions and materials.
• Verify leak‑free operation and workmanship before handover.
• Escalate major system failures, drainage issues and operational risks to the Technical Supervisor.
• Experience / Education
• ITI/Trade Certificate in Plumbing, Pipefitting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years UAE experience in commercial plumbing projects and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in water supply, drainage, sanitary systems and plumbing fixtures.
• Facilities Management experience preferred.
