Job Description:

The Plumber is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of plumbing systems. This includes but is not limited to sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, water heaters, pipes, valves, drains, water meters, etc. The Plumber will also be responsible for identifying plumbing issues that need further attention.

Responsibilities:

• Install new water supply lines and drainage systems as needed
• Identify plumbing problems or areas that need improvement
• Repair or replace broken pipes
• Inspect existing piping systems for leaks or clogs
• Install fixtures such as sinks or toilets as required
• Ensure all plumbing systems comply with local building codes

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years proven experience as a plumber
