Job summary

AirTech in Dubai is seeking a Platform Engineer (Geospatial) to own and evolve our production geospatial platform. You will maintain, secure and scale a React/Node.js/PostgreSQL + PostGIS stack, manage Docker deployments, and work with Cloudflare services.

You’ll collaborate with the GIS and survey teams on orthophoto processing, coordinate systems, data pipelines, and client onboarding, with a focus on reliability, security and rapid delivery.

Qualifications

• Solid full-stack JavaScript experience with production deployments.
• PostgreSQL and PostGIS proficiency.
• Comfort with Linux servers and Docker deployments.
• Familiarity with GIS concepts like coordinate systems and projections.

Responsibilities

• Own production platform including security, reliability, and features.
• Handle deployments, scaling and monitoring.
• Collaborate with GIS team and contractors on processing and new features.
• Onboard client sites and coordinate datums.
