The ideal candidate holds a medical degree, board certification in Plastic Surgery, and a minimum of five years of consulting experience, with proficiency in modern surgical planning and patient communication.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Plastic Surgery.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon.
• Proven experience with reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in using medical software and technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform plastic surgery procedures, both reconstructive and cosmetic, as per industry standards and guidelines.
• Provide pre- and post-operative patient care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
• Maintain patient records and follow-up documentation in accordance with medical standards.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in plastic surgery techniques and technology.
• Educate and consult with patients on surgical procedures, expected outcomes, and potential risks.
• Participate in medical conferences and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
