Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Dubai is seeking a skilled Plant Operator cum Electrical Technician to join the plant operations team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in machine operations, with a strong background in electrical troubleshooting and adherence to safety procedures. Responsibilities include operating machines, monitoring production logs, and conducting basic electrical troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in plant/machine operations preferably in batching or manufacturing plants.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and instrumentation basics.
• Ability to read technical manuals and interpret machine parameters.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and plant systems in accordance with SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor and maintain production logs, checklists, and equipment records.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and attend to machine breakdowns.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Record machine parameters settings and operating conditions accurately.
• Perform minor mechanical fixes and adjustments to machine parts.
• Coordinate with the Shift Supervisor for plant-related issues.
• Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting for control panels and process instruments.
