Job summary

A manufacturing company in Dubai is seeking skilled Plant Operators cum Electrical Technicians. The ideal candidates should have a diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 2-5 years of experience in plant operations. Responsibilities include operating machines, monitoring production logs, and conducting electrical troubleshooting. Familiarity with SCADA, PLC, and HMI systems is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in plant/machine operations, preferably in batching or manufacturing plants.
• Hands-on experience with SCADA, PLC, and HMI systems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and instrumentation basics.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and plant systems in accordance with SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor and maintain production logs, checklists, and equipment records.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and attend to machine breakdowns.
• Record machine parameters, settings, and operating conditions accurately.
• Coordinate with the Shift Supervisor for plant-related issues.
