Responsibilities

• Plan and manage site allocation, erection, climbing, and dismantling of tower cranes, passenger hoists, and heavy machinery
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for heavy fleet
• Coordinate third‑party safety inspections and certifications
• Supervise mechanics, operators, and crane operators
• Source and manage rental contracts and negotiate with suppliers
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement
• Investigate machinery breakdowns and perform root‑cause analyses
• Monitor fuel consumption and prepare cost/utilization reports
