Center International Group is seeking a Planning Manager (Primavera P6 Expert) to lead master scheduling for the Al Maktoum International Airport expansion in Dubai. The role requires 10+ years in mega construction projects and expert P6 proficiency to manage schedules, EVM, and risk analyses for international stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of planning/scheduling experience in large-scale construction, including mega airports or major transit hubs.
• Expert Primavera P6 with resource loading, cost loading, EVM, S-curves and time impact analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of metal roofing systems and building envelope sequencing is advantageous.
• Residency in UAE with valid visa; applicants from all nationalities welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Master Schedule Management: develop, baseline, update, and control Level 3–5 master schedules in Primavera P6 across the full project lifecycle.
• Earned Value Management and CPM analyses; flag variances and bottlenecks for stakeholders.
• Agile scenario planning to realign recovery programs and respond to client requests and delays.
• Support EOT claims, delay notifications, and disputes under FIDIC with the QS Manager and Commercial Director.
• Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and deliver fluent technical presentations to clients and consultants.

To lead our master scheduling and project controls, we are looking for a top-tier Planning Manager with proven mega-project experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Master Schedule Management: Develop, baseline, update, and control Level 3–5 resource- and cost-loaded master schedules in Primavera P6 across the full project lifecycle.
• Earned Value & Critical Path Analysis: Perform rigorous Earned Value Management (EVM), Critical Path Method (CPM) analyses, and schedule risk assessments to proactively flag variances and bottlenecks.
• Agile Scenario Planning (“What-If” Analysis): Swiftly realign recovery/mitigation programs in response to site catch-up demands, client acceleration requests, and material logistics/customs delays. Present clear, multi-scenario comparisons to stakeholders.
• Commercial Synergy & Claims Support: Work closely with the QS Manager and Commercial Director to provide indisputable substantiation for Extension of Time (EOT) claims, Delay Notifications, and commercial dispute resolutions under FIDIC conditions.
• Client & Consultant Reporting: Prepare professional weekly/monthly progress dashboards, executive risk assessment reports, and deliver fluent technical presentations to international clients, PMC, and consultants.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of professional planning/scheduling experience in large-scale construction, with verified experience in Mega Airports, Major Transit Hubs, or Iconic Stadiums.
• Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 (Resource Loading, Cost Loading, EVM, S-curves, and Time Impact Analysis - TIA).
• Domain Advantage: In-depth knowledge of metal roofing systems, building envelope sequencing, and site constraints will be a significant advantage.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent/Business English (written & spoken). Must be fully capable of writing technical delay narratives and holding high-level client meetings.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional), or equivalent credentials preferred.
• Residency: Currently based in the UAE with valid legal residence/visa (Golden Visa holders are warmly welcomed). Open to all nationalities.
