• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards.
• AutoCAD knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage baseline schedules and critical path analysis.
• Prepare update and monitor schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Track actual progress against baseline schedules and provide forecasts.
• Conduct risk assessments and support cost forecasting with QS teams.
• Assist in EoT and claims analysis.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Planning Engineer Roads & Infrastructure to support our infrastructure projects in Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah (RAK). The role focuses on planning scheduling and controlling road and infrastructure works to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery in compliance with project requirements and UAE regulations.

The Planning Engineer will work closely with project managers site teams and stakeholders to manage schedules monitor progress assess risks and support cost control and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and manage baseline schedules and critical path analysis
• Prepare update and monitor schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Integrate project packages and manage interdependencies
• Identify delays and propose mitigation plans

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Track actual progress against baseline schedules
• Prepare progress reports variance analysis and forecasts

Risk Cost & Contract Support

• Conduct risk assessments and perform what-if analysis
• Support cost tracking and forecasting with QS teams
• Assist in EoT and claims analysis

Qualifications & Requirements
