Responsibilities

• Understanding work scope and quantity, familiar with construction sequencing.
• Providing detailed review and monitoring of procurement and construction programmes.
• Working closely with contractors to monitor baseline programmes.
• Providing progress reports and critical path analysis.
• Reporting risks and opportunities to the Project Lead.
• Reviewing actual progress against the construction programme.
• Advising the Project Lead on potential delay events.
• Conducting site visits to evaluate contractor progress.
• Providing support to the Cost Control Team.
• Maintaining records for contractor claims evaluation.
• Assisting the PMC in negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Reviewing time impact analysis and claims.
• Investigating potential delay events.
• Preparing delay analysis reports.
• Presenting claims with knowledge of contract mechanisms.
