Responsibilities

• Prepare progress reports for clients and management as per standard requirement.
• Coordinate previous day planning for site activities with project teams.
• Study the contract BOQ and prepare control sheets for materials.
• Develop time schedules and budgets based on project specifications.
• Analyze staff performance and address deficiencies.
• Follow up on material inquiries and negotiate with suppliers.
• Coordinate site team status for approvals and invoices.
• Document project-related materials as per ISO standards.
• Track project progress and prepare reports.
• Attend and schedule necessary meetings.
• Delegate tasks and ensure team feedback.
• Meet all contract requirements and communicate with the team.
• Analyze drawings and provide material and cost estimates.
• Ensure timely project completions within budgets.
• Verify invoice quantities with the project team.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress invoices.
• Follow up on payment certificates for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate manpower and machinery as per site needs.
• Prepare documents for client and engineering team submissions.
• Monitor site progress against approved work.
• Conduct random site visits for auditing.
• Follow up on enquiries through their lifecycle.
• Ensure submission/completion of as-built drawings.
